Board of Directors
Victoria Frey is the Executive Director of the Portland Institute of Contemporary Art. She was the owner and director of Quartersaw Gallery, one of the first galleries in the Pearl District and one of the most influential galleries in the Pacific Northwest. She currently sits on the board for Travel Portland, is Vice-Chair for the Creative Advocacy Network and serves on the Advisory Boards for Caldera and the White Box at the University of Oregon.
Dr. Peter Leitner
Dr. Peter Leitner has been a chiropractor for over 20 years. He has a particular emphasis on providing his patients the tools they need to maintain their physical and psychological health while helping them marshal the resources that allow them to find personal and professional fulfillment in their lives.
Julie Mancini has worked in non-profits for over 30 years. She is the Director of the Mercy Corps Action Center, and past director of Portland Literary Arts and Caldera, which offers arts and nature programs to disadvantaged youth. She has served on the advisory board of Stand for Children. Most everything she knows she has learned from her two boys, Peter and Alec.
Rick Frey is Senior Vice President of Marketing for the CW Television Network. He has been a creative executive in filmed entertainment for over 25 years. He also sits on the board of Troupe Vertigo, an aerial acrobatic performance company and circus arts school.
Jolanta Bott is a Senior Vice President at Paramount Group, Inc., one of the largest privately owned real estate firms in New York. In addition to personnel and administration, including IT, Ms. Bott is responsible for marketing and public relations for Paramount. She was educated in Africa, Europe, Central America and the US and is fluent in several languages.
